I updated my old Samsung range with this range and so far so good. It looks sharp and I like the features included, even though I have not used them all yet, such as the air fryer. With the oven divider in, the bottom portion is somewhat useless. Finding a place for the divider when pulled out is also a bit of a headache. One concern I do have is the vent on the back of the stove top. I'm worried food or other things will fall down the vent and it doesn't seem like an easy process to clean.

This is the first range I've owned that seems to be accurate with the temperature. I use the half oven frequently. Everything I bake comes out nicely browned.

to keep a long story short... samsung put out a product in the same color scheme, yet does not make the range blue tooth compatible. i did a complete kitchen makeover for a relative and we purchased everything refi, range and hood from samsung. when it came down to it, the range was not bluetooth capable enough to pair to the hood. $10,000 later we have a fridge you can talk to but a hood that turns on manually; when the hood has bluetooth capabilities. the electric range costs way too much for its short coming, and ive made enough phone calls to samsung where the time on the call cost me billable hours just to trouble shoot something thay seems impossible according to them. way to drop the ball samsung!

i bought our electric flex duo (freestanding) in late october/early november of 2017. about a year ago our hot burner warning light cam on (left side) and stayed on. about two weeks ago i was cooking something on the front left burner. i removed the pan from the burner without turning the burner off and after about 1.5-2 minutes i heard a pop. startle me as i was standing right next to the range. the glass top had cracked. don't believe i ever saw a warning about that. it is out of warranty and replacing will cost around $400 parts and labor. the model number is ne59j7850wg/aa

need full user manual for all functions such as - conversion of convection to traditional baking, setting time, air fryer use (full oven), and best placement of items for baking. wish could make alarm louder, oven marked for divider placement, sample stovetop cleaner included (clean before use), broiling pan included, and full manual included. otherwise great range ,your choices are not cancelled when lean against front. yeah! i received compensation for this review but the review is my own
