I purchased this about 2 weeks ago, and I love it. It cooks so much faster than my last oven. I also love the fact that you can just use the top part. It just the two of us so that is getting a lot of use. The stove is also great it heats up very quickly. The boiling burner also brings water up to a boil very quickly. Thank you for making such a great product.

Overall, I'm happy with this range. The problem lies in the dangerous overheating. Our range was getting incredibly hot to the touch on the OUTSIDE when the oven was on. We called support and had a technician come out. They said it was normal. Apparently the standards for how hot an oven can get on the outside were increased and the allowed temperature can give you a first degree burn if you don't remove your hand quickly enough. This is not safe. It's not safe for adults, children, the elderly, or pets.

i purchased this stove two weeks ago, cook top works great but ovens do not work.the control touch pad is out on it so i could not try ovens.i am waiting for a replacement stove
