everything you are reading here about this product is true. the controls randomly don't work. the oven doesn't heat up properly. i have called several times to the customer hotline and they have tried to help. i even had a repairman come to see if they could fix it. nothing has worked. i have never written a review of a product before but am so unhappy with this product that i wanted others to know. don't waste your money on this oven! you will be sorry.

I bought this about two months ago and so happy with it. I’ve used the oven and the food cooked well through it. So far I haven’t had any issues with it. The first day I got it food dropped on the stove and it stain the top though after a couple of days I was able to remove the stain.

It looks stylish and oven and stove heat up quick. Front burners have small and large burners that my other range didn't have. Love that it has a warming center. I can say I love everything about this range.

Beautiful range and clean appearance. Wifi and app functionality is very helpful. Steam clean function is pretty cool. Notifications on operation are helpful. Not Samsung or Best Buy's fault but the range came in damaged. Something that will be taken care of. The replacement procedure was very straightforward.
