Waited 6 months and the oven doesn’t work

I waited 6+ months for the unit to arrive. Upon arrival the complete oven portion does not work and one burner does not light. Tech says European electronics installed in unit. Still waiting for repair. Quality of sheet metal instal was poor. Wrinkles in sheet metal panels because of improper fastening. One side panel was dented. The rear fan exhaust let's debris from the cooktop in but the fan cover can not be easily removed. Overall unimpressed with the design engineering and very disappointed that the unit was delivered after 6 months in a non functional state.

We purchased an older home with a Garland stove that needed to be replaced. We are thrilled on how well the Bosch range integrated with our cabinets and it is a joy to cook with. Very happy with the price point when compared with other premium ranges. Finally the design is modern without being industrial.

Love the unit with a few exceptions. I would have liked an oven temperature reading on the digital display. I also find the depth of the oven to be a little too narrow when using a pizza pan. I really like the easy roll out pull out shelf

I wish I knew the amount of issues this range was going to give me so I would have purchased a different one. For the amount of money I paid, I would have expected much better! The oven never lights and when it does it clicks off within 15 seconds. The rare times it actually stays on- when I go check on teh food 20 minutes later, the oven is of course off and my food is cold. Its never a win for me! The top burners work fairly well, though the small simmer one never stays on- I can't complain about the other 5. The only way I am able to cook my food is the top broiler in the oven- sometimes it actually makes teh food tastier then cooking with an oven, but other times it just burns the food since the flames are directly over the food. I just want an oven that stays on- i'm not asking for much! I purchased this range in August of 2020, had it serviced already once and of course I was told everything was fine and nothing needed to be done, and now I have been waiting for well over an hour to try to schedule a new service date. I just can't take it anymore!

I have been looking forward to getting a larger stove for years now and the Bosch has fulfilled all my dreams. I cook a lot and for a of people and it can handle anything I throw at it. The 6 burners on top accomodate my largest pans with no problems. Plenty of room to cook. The oven racks glide in and out so smoothly and all my food comes out great.
