we bought a full set of samsung appliance for our kitchen. we noticed immediately that there was something wrong with the finish on the cooktop as it was wearing off (looks marred) even with careful, soft cloth cleaning. we called for service and they refused to cover this under warranty saying it is our fault. the service man was rude and stormed out as well without saying he was leaving. our stove is less than a month old. supremely disappointed that they did not stand by their warranty.

We are enjoying this range, it's definitely an upgraded to our old gas stove. This stove was able to handle everything we throw at it. My wife's birthday party meals were prepared on this range ND everything came out perfect. Love the hydration function, this feature allows me to make a fruit cake my wife's favorite. Can't wait to host Thanksgiving, no bird too large for this beast.

This is a beautiful gas range from Samsung. The power burners heat and cook food fast and evenly. The center griddle is great for pancakes, kabobs, sandwiches, etc. The cast iron griddle is easy to clean with some mild soap and water, just like the burner grates. The oven is spacious, and it cooks food evenly. The functions on the range are easy to use as well. I tried the keep warm and bread proofing functions, and both are really convenient especially during the colder months when bread dough rises more slowly. I received the gas range at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

I love my new range with the griddle middle portion.. the convenience of being able to cook using tge griddle like having an instant cast iron skillet. The ability to turn oven on from my samsung phone and be alerted when the oven has preheated. I Love it
