I received this double oven range last Saturday, the ovens do not work. Monday was a holiday so I called whirlpool on Tuesday. I left two messages and two email messages and never received a call back or any kind of response from them. So I called the place where I purchased it and explained that it is a lemon, neither oven works. I spoke to their corporate office and explained the problem and they said they would replace it but so far nothing has been done a week later. I will never buy another whirlpool appliance. It is beyond unsatisfactory that whirpool does not respond to their customers.

We are on our second Whirlpool double oven. When we built our home 3 years ago, we upgraded to this oven and within the first year it was replaced because the covers inside the oven kept popping off and out of place. It literally sounded like firecrackers going off every single time we preheated the oven. This oven does the same but it is not nearly as bad. What really makes me mad is that the cast iron grate just broke. I saw someone else’s review and noticed it’s the exact same piece that broke. Obviously Whirlpool didn’t do anything to fix their product. That’s all on top of the fact that nothing cooks evenly, the top oven opening is barely big enough to put your pan in the oven without burning yourself. I will not be buying another Whirlpool range.
