Untrustworthy oven. Had it installed in beginning of December. On Christmas day the oven stopped working. We contacted support and they kept saying "we'll get back with you in 24 hours". Now we find it will take 3 weeks to get a service technician. If you expect an oven to be reliable, try a different brand.

The cooktop is tough to clean and easily scratches which one can see easily on a black surface after repeated scrubbing The only really usable burner one is the center one (it's the one we use 90% of the time). All others are ok for simmering but take forever to boil and are impossible to sear with. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the regulator but just feels underwhelming. Also, just after a year after purchase, the oven igniter failed. Was a hassle to deal with (on Thanksgiving). Overall, expected better quality from Bosch. We want to like it but there isn't much to like and have doubts it will hold up well in the long run.

We have had this oven since March, 2021 and have had two major issues with Bosch taking absolutley no responsibility for it. Their customer service is a joke with the last two blaming us for the product defects. One part has been on back order for over six months and now the oven won't light- and caused no Thanksgiving meal to be cooked and now we won't be able to cook a meal for Christmas! The response from Bosch- I missed my Thanksgiving also because I had to work! We will never recommend Bosch products to anyone, ever.
