well, it seems a bit early as i've only had this a couple of days but so far it's phenomenal. maybe my old range was really a piece of crap but this thing bakes much more evenly. love the finish and the power burner. my biggest complaint would be the timer chime isn't loud enough and i wish i could customize the smartthings notifications better because when i was away and the wife was baking christmas cookies, the constant notifications were annoying. with the quiet timer, i'm glad it has the smartthings integration. time will tell how reliable it is - the proof is in that pudding. but right now, extremely happy. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own

i recieved compensation for this review but the opinions in this reciew are my own... purchased this slide in gas range on 11/05/20 to replace a 20 year old stand alone electric range. the first oven that was delivered had a missing leg. the first delivery crew was horrible. called samsung and after awhile got things straigtened out and the range was replaced a few weeks later. second delivery went a lot smoother and the crew was excellent. so far we are extremly happy with our purchase. the large oven capacity is great. there is a learning curve when it cones to some of the features (airfry, convection) however everything we have baked so far has come out evenly cooked. 4 stars because i wish the middle burner was a little more powerful.

i enjoy all of the features of this range, especially the color coordination with my other samsung products (black stainless steel) and the wi-fi integration with smartthings. i cooked eggs and bacon very evenly with the gas cooktop on top. the one constructive criticism i have is not of the range itself but wherever they placed the serial number. i found a document on samsung.com that says that the serial number is on a label that is visible when you open the oven door, but it is nowhere to be found. i used a number on the back, underneath the backsplash area, instead. hopefully this is the serial number. i received compensation for this review (bring beauty to the backsplash promotion) but the review is my own.
