We love the stove and we are big fans of the high quality metal knobs. Our only troubles are 1) the griddle temp doesn't get as hot as I would like from end to end and 2) there is some inconsistency in oven temps when we bake cookies or rolls. I am not sure if it is hot spots in the oven itself or just something I am doing wrong.

I love this stove/oven. It has a griddle and 4 burners. I have used the griddle for pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches
