I ordered 30" Wall Oven Air Fry Tray from this site after registering our new double wall oven. After waiting for it to come and try the airfare function I found out it doesn't fit in the oven!! It is too wide. I have sent 2 emails to ask how to return and if there is one that will fit but have not heard back from Frigidaire. I notice other reviewers stated the tray fits into the range not the wall oven but it is advertised as 30" Wall Oven Air Fry Tray.

This item is made for the Standalone oven NOT the WALL insert oven FGEW3069UF and not sure why they dont make 2 versions!? The WALL oven racks are 24.0 wide NOT 24.1.

We just bought this as an addition to our air fryer oven (I can't believe it doesn't come with one, but that is a different story). We bought the accessory and it doesn't fit in the oven!! It is too wide. I am not sure why they would promote a product in the owner's manual and then it doesn't fit?
