my dishwasher is less than two years old, and out of warranty, of course. the leak sensor is giving a warning and there is no leak.the dishwasher is inoperable because of this. the internet tells me this is a common problem with samsung dishwashers. samsung wants over $200 to repair. i have decided to throw it out and never buy another samsung product again.

for a dishwasher that cost close to $1,000 i expected a lot more. it doesn't clean very well at all, most of our dishes come out with debris of some kind on them unless we just about wash them first. all of the racks have broken parts. the top rack broke so bad we had to take it out. wheels keep falling off, misc parts break and get stuck in the drain. i've had to disassemble the inside several times to clean out pieces of plastic. given the cost of the dishwasher, i would not risk buying another samsung product after this.
