I bought this over a year ago. Everything about this washer is top notch. My only complaint and it rarely happens is that the door that keeps the pod sometimes doesn't open during a cycle. This requires a second wash. Everything else about this machine is great.

dishwasher had minor damage to the interior frame that wouldn't have been noticeable without being a technician. started getting a leak code while the dishwasher was still under warranty and the samsung tech came out and said he can't repair it because it's physical damage. called samusng support and they said the best they can do is out of warranty service....this isn't right when it was delivered in this condition by samsung's delivery and installation company and still within the warranty period. the attached picture was taken the day after delivery and when i zoomed in sure enough the damage was there when the dishwasher was received.
