This dishwasher is nothing like I expected. My dishes don’t come out clean, half the time it stops mid-cycle and doesn’t drain. I spent quite a bit of money on this, and it’s been pretty disappointing

We got the unit from Best Buy Outlet, and it looks fine and worked fine when we installed it. Compared to our old unit, the cups layout is good, but the plates layout makes it harder to combine plates and bowls. After a couple months, the fan vent cover in the door came off, and water started to leak into the area with the electronics, causing malfunctions. We reinstalled the cover, but it's hard to get it engaged since the vent fixture isn't attached on the top so the twist-on grooves wouldn't line up. Overall, it works, but with issues we have to keep track of.

I bought this a few months ago and could not be more pleased with the dishwasher! It look’s great in our kitchen, runs super quiet, and gets the dishes sparkling clean. The top tray for knives is great and the ability to lower the top rack for tall items is a plus.
