Ample space to load all sorts of dishes. Great pot scrubber option. Extremely quiet operation. Overall, a great improvement from my old dishwasher.

We bought it at Lowes the first time around and the machine went berserk within 2 months... it took another 2 months to go through the tedious warranty process, which we completed in November 2021. We are still waiting on delivery of the new dishwasher, which I had to pay the difference for because my original one was no longer sold (even though we only got it a few months prior to being told this). Hopefully the new one will be here soon.

i just got this unit and after just 2 months of regular use you know once a day this unit started to give an error "lc" means water in the reservoir tray and it won't work i took a video to prove that water is coming from the bottom drum

i am frustrated that this dishwasher needed repair at 8 months and is now out of warranty at 15 months and needs the same repair. i tried to online chat with the company and was informed my wait time would be 2 hrs 11 mins with 128 people ahead of me. it does not clean as well as i would like, i have had to re-wash dishes more often than i should with a new dw. the wheels on the bottom rack hit the metal strip around the rubber seal at the door opening and over time bends the metal strip out, preventing an easy roll of the rack. i've had to bend them back in several times for the rack to roll. it’s fairly quiet, but not as quiet as others have indicated in other reviews which is frustrating. overall, i would say this dw is just average, but wouldn't purchase it again if given the option.

We got this dishwasher at a discounted price in September 2019, but I definitely would pay full price for it after 2+ years of use. This was our first Samsung kitchen appliance (we've since also purchased a Samsung refrigerator and stove), so I was honestly a little hesitant about whether it would work well and hold up over time, but it has exceeded my expectations. Cleans dishes well, and has a number of options for any type of load. I especially like the sanitize feature, and the fact that the dishwasher opens (just a little) when the cycle is complete so that the dishes can continue to air dry. The top utensil rack is also a nice added touch, but we have found that it is necessary to rinse any items placed on this rack well if the rest of the dishwasher is very full, because otherwise they often still have food particles on them afterward. We chose the black stainless steel finish and I absolutely love the look of it and how much more fingerprint resistant it is compared to regular stainless steel. Again, I have no complaints about our Samsung dishwasher and am very pleased with it's performance so far.
