When I use the Steam Fresh setting after 2 minutes I get an error cycle stop stopped due to an error. The cycle does not actually stop and continues for the last minutes. I also have gotten a couple of messages the I need to add water when it is hooked to the water line. Leaves me wondering if it is actually using steam. I spent quite a while with customer service and it was a terrible experience and the issue still exists. One person said he would call me back in 10 minutes and never did. Everything else is great

This is the mate to our LG washer. It is slightly larger due to a larger vent connection. We have run multiple loads and it runs VERY quiet. It seems to also have good sensor recognition of when the items are dry. I reserve the option of updating this 6 months and 1-2 years out.

I got mine delivered before Easter and I set it up in no time. I needed to do laundry and with this dryer the dry time was done in half the time as my previous dryer. I was very surprised on how quick it did and it wasnt very loud at all. I wish I had this sooner
