I purchase about a month ago. Its quiet and it cleans very well. I love the whistle at the end of the cycle. I alike receiving a message when the cycle ends. I love how the machine determines what the wash cycle will be.

We upgraded to this model from our 12 year old LG unit and are so glad we did. This unit washes everything MUCH faster and larger than our old unit and has significantly reduced how much time I spend doing laundry. I love that the unit lets me monitor how much time is left from my phone and sends alerts when each load is complete.

We have not had ours 3 weeks yet. The plug caught on fire. Fortunately we were home. LG warranty people were NO help at all and would not even replace the plug. There has been a dryer there for 20 years with no problem.

Been using for just over a month now. Works great. Large capacity means clothes are less wrinkled. Love steam feature for refreshing clothes. Love that it notifies me when load finished through app and matches cycle to setting used on washer to save me time setting it up each time.
