I bought this not even a year ago cant find my receipt send them all the information they needed and its been over two weeks and my dryer still does not work This is horrible horrible horrible horrible I will never ever buy an LG product again

I had an older model that had been beat up after multiple Military moves and I knew I wanted to new model. I love the steam and sanitize options fits so much which limits the amount of loads I need to do.

It is a great machine but now it is noisy and the tumbler is moving down slowly and I really did not expect that from LG. I had same problems with other brands. I dont see the reason for paying more and get the same problems. I regret a lot for payment more. I really thought this was a better machine
