My dryer broke 15 days ago. Your authorized warranty guy has no idea when the new part will come. Your Pending Team just texted me to ask what part is broken how could he not know the part number? how could i know the part number? PLEASE FIX MY DRYER

This is my first front load dryer and its great has many drying features for different types of drying needs. So glad I read the Consumer Report reviews and selected this LG model. When clothes are dry the smart sensor shuts the dryer off in order not to waste electricity. Awesome
