This dryer is 5 months old. About a month ago it started knocking. Called Maytag, they sent out repair and they replaced parts. Still knocking. Long story short after two visits, maytag decided if its still drying our cloths, we could deal with the excessive noise. SO UNHAPPY! Guess customer service is no longer the same. This will be our last maytag applience!
