With two active teenagers, we are doing several loads of uniforms, practice clothes, and facemasks on the daily. Nobody wants to be a mom (or dad) that shrunk the jersey (or nuked it so hot that the numbers start to peel off), so in the past, we always played the game of timing the load, so that it wouldn't get too dry but would get dry enough that we could hang it up and have it ready for game time. I really hated that game. With the new Samsung dryer, I never have to play that game anymore. This dryer has an 80% setting that stops drying when clothes hit 80% dry. It plays a jaunty little tune too. It dries everything else quickly, completely, and to just the right amount. I recommend this highly to any busy sports parents.

We finally have a washer and Dryer that are connected to Samsung SmartThings! It is great to be notified when the cycle is done to keep the process going. Also being able to customize the cycle using SmartThinkgs on your phone vs. just the buttons and nobs on the dyer is very convenient. The app has more information about each setting so you are able to pick the one that is right for that batch. Thanks!

Two weeks ago, I upgraded from my decades-old Whirlpool washer and dryer to the 7700 Series 5.5 cu. ft. extra-large capacity smart top load washer with auto dispense system and this 7.4 cu. ft. smart electric dryer with steam sanitize. I'm really excited as I navigate my learning curve with this new laundry experience. I love the space inside - it is huge! The combination of options allows me to dry big loads in one cycle. I washed and dried a load of towels after a family visit and didn't have to run the dryer a second time - as had become my norm. I had an issue with the dryer rack - it was warped and would not stay in position. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement right out. And for me, good customer is as important as the products. Overall, I am current very pleased with both.
