This is our second LG Dryer and the features that were added are amazing compared to the one purchased 15 years ago. The dryer drum seems to keep the clothes well separated during the drying cycle. Unit operation is very quiet and controls are easy to navigate. We purchased the Black Steel color which looks Great in the laundry room Since they are energy efficient we applied for several local energy rebates as well.

Bought washer/dryer combo. Got the gray colored ones and they look great. Very well built and have improved some features like the rubber seal on the washer. They also improved the dryer screen it catches more lint. Love that regardless of what setting you last set both the washer and dryer go back to the normal default setting just in case you make a mistake.

Smart diagnose showed nothing wrong so I called customer service and they told me what to do and that didnt work either.finally a repair man had to come out and he will be back in a week to fix the dryer.
