We had to retire our 11 year-old Maytag recently and this new model really is very high quality for the price. We love the features and extra power. The design is also very sturdy as the door hinge is actual metal vs other brands that use plastic. The control panel is very user-friendly and the Extra Power feature works very well with towels and other harder to dry items.

Not only is this a decent size dryer, but it is comforting to know that my clothes are getting dried more quickly and efficiently! I do not want to many gadgets on a machine, as I don't want to think of doing laundry as a 'science'. I just want a good workhorse I can depend on!
