Purchased this from Best Buy in February 2019. Making a squeaking noise by April. Called and scheduled a service appointment. Same guy has been out 5 times, and was going to come a 6th time. Replaced all kind of parts. Called cust service and they agreed to get me set up with a new dryer. Finally we are getting somewhere. So I should have received a call in 2-3 days. A week goes by so I call. The cust service rep tells me they called twice. If they called they did not leave a message. Why not an email? or text? So she transfers me to the dept that handles that. After holding 10 minutes a message comes on telling me 26 minute wait time. Hey Maytag, I have spent enough time on your problem dryer! Please get me a replacement dryer! Maytag ref# 7725579837.

We have had nothing but problems with this dryer. Constantly getting error codes that calls to Maytag have gone unresolved. Very close to returning.
