I bought this washer and dryer set about a month ago, and OMG! I didn't;t realize how much time and energy was being wasted waiting for cycles to finish and waiting for the dryer to get the clothes (mostly) dry! They are performing so much better than I expected and I love getting my laundry out!

I bought this dryer over a month ago at Lowes. It took two weeks to be delivered to our home the evening before we were leaving for vacation. So it was installed a week and a half later. After 5 minutes into the drying cycle I got an E3 F3 error code and the dryer stopped working. I tried a could of times but it would no go more than 5 minutes. I called service and it took couple of weeks to get someone in to check it. They indicated that they needed to order a part and it took almost a week for that to come in. In the meantime I kept working with the dryer and got it to work sometimes. After the repairman came and did a pretty good once-over, he said that he could find nothing wrong with it. They are keeping the ticket open and I am going to keep using it and see what happens. But I have lost confidence and would never leave the house with it running at this time.
