I bought it new 5 months ago and the dryer has never worked. Dealt with lg customer service for all those months and still not working or has it been replaced. Sure looks nice in the room though.

Unit squeaks bangs and rattles so loudly. And then wed have to pay for someone to come out to look at it even though weve only used it for 1 month? Terrible customer service. It was installed with a full house remodel. Total piece of garbage. They say its an unbalanced load. How is it that Ive had stacked units before and NOW Im doing laundry wrong despite never having this issue before. So mad

I hate it this is the worst washing machine ever now I specify washing machine the dryer is pretty good but the washing machine does not clean your clothes I dont know your clothes stink like wet dog and when you open the front loader there is every type of particle that did not go down the drain around the Rubber seal whether it be paper in your pocket or dog hair or grass it doesnt matter your stuck cleaning the rubber every time you do a load and your clothes smell no matter what you do even if you put additives in this is the worst washing machine Ive ever owned and unfortunately it is too late for me to return it

We have had this set for about a month. Wish we would have bought them sooner. They are so easy to use. A lot quieter than we imagined. These beautys work even better than they look and they look amazing The spin cycle works so well that it saves you on drying time. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great washer and dryer 5 gold stars
