I bought this in December 2022. Waiting for an addition to my house. I finally got to use it in May 2023. Its very simple to use. Its quiet because its in my bathroom right next to the bedroom and I was concerned about the noise but very impressed with the machine.

Technicians numerous stated wrong diagnosis Panel on unit DOES NOT WORK Last diagnosis was told to buy an exhaust fan and attach to vent???? Prior technician said to clean vent?? No one knows what they are doing because brand new WD still doesnt work

Have not installed this machine. The published dryer data indicated that it can be converted to side vent outlet. Although the dryer housing is set up for that conversion LG does not offer the needed vent kit to make that conversion. Installation manuals give no instructions showing how to access the vent blower to fabricate a custom vent assembly. Doing my laundry elsewheee.
