I am pleased with the way it washes & dries each load. Was not happy about waiting another 2 weeks (the unit was in the store) to get it installed!

I bought this unit for my condo about 2 months ago. It hooked up pretty easy and was complete. Access panel at the back was convenient for checking connections once it was slid back into place. Negatives on it is the controls seem super flimsy and feel like they're going to break when operating them. They give the product a very poor user experience and doesn't instill much confidence. I'm crossing my fingers they're not at flimsy as they feel. Operation of the unit isn't very intuitive either. At the end of the day, this was a very affordable unit and it works well.

I have owned for 7 months and it's a nightmare. After first use had issues with water not covering clothes and lid locking. Computer board changed immediately and within months began to have same issues, lid lock and doesn't fill properly. Agitator broke off and it began to smell like a sewer, computer board changed again, and still having ALL the same issues. On the plus it was quiet, until last month when it started squeaking like crazy and they had to replace all these parts in my dryer to get rid of it! There are two issues that make the design HORRIBLE. Dryer sheets get suck in the front part of the dryer, so obviously not tumbling with clothes as intended. ALSO, if you have hoodies with strings they ALWAYS get suck in agitator.

I’ve had my Whirlpool stacked laundry center for a few months. I’m very happy with the cleaning results. I wanted an agitator in the washer unit and a tub large enough to take my queen size bed sheets. It does that and more. The dryer does a great job too. There are enough settings to adjust to my different needs.
