The machines have a good design and work quietly. We have had the unit for 2 weeks and are still learning. The instructions need to be read closely. Foe example Selecting the normal wash doesnt give you options for water temp. so we use timed wash and then we can select water temp. Have not figured out how to download a personalized wash cycle would like to have a normal wash-cold but once normal is selected we have not been able to select the water temp.

The absolute best Super sexy so much so I didnt hide it in the utility room. I cut out the back wall to put it on display Ha I love how quiet this machine is. Also using the app to get more cycles and being notified when cycles are complete. The dryer is super fast as well. Definitely worth every penny.
