Bought this about a month ago So far so good. Love that the app tells me when my cycles are finished reminds me when I need to run a clean wash cycle. On a weird side customer service knows nothing about the actual machine. Also the remote start function they advertise in the commercial is t as handy as you would think. You have to turn the machine on physically hit remote and then u can remote start from the app and hope it hasnt went off with timing out. Its a safety feature which I get but its kinda useless. Unless you live in a 2 story house and realize you didnt hit start

We bought this to be part of a kitchen remodel. Having one piece made installation easy We looked at stackable but found the controls on the top unit to be too high. This is perfect with all controls in the middle
