Loved the machine until it broke 2 1/2 years later. After waiting more than a month, not all the parts are available. So now I hate it! Used to love GE appliances and the dependability lasting years beyond their life span. Not so much now especially since the parts are not available.

Just intsalled it and completed the first 2 wash loads. It seems to do a very good job getting clothes clean. Instructions and the user menu on the washer are straightforward and easy to navigate. I had the first load set on max spin. The washer is on the second floor (wood floor), and it felt like the whole house was vibrating. I think this washer needs to sit on a concrete floor??

Very happy with this purchase. My apt had the opportunity to install a washer and ventless dryer. The only option I could get was a compact size so I went with this GE. I live alone so it’s perfect size for me. It has tons of features and it’s very quite when it runs. I also purchased a raiser it also acts like a pan (water catcher) in case it leaks. I also connected it to Wi-Fi so I get alerts about the machine. If you are looking for a compact size this is perfect.
