We bought this washer recently to replace our broken Whirlpool washer which we used for 6 years and also to match the same brand dryer have been using for more than 6 years. We are pretty satisfied especially with its perfect size for our closet and much more spacey inside and an hold more load of laundry. We like its new feature "soak".

I called in customer service to ask to change the position of my washer door. I needed it changed because every time I open it, my right hand bangs on the hinge of my washer/dryer room door. I have expressed concerns that I have been bruising my hand. However, I was advised that they won't be able to change the position. I have bought a washer a year ago and the installers gave me an option to where I wanted the door placed. I wish customer service would provide me the same solution because opening this washer is now affecting my own body.

I Have had a horrible experience with this appliance. My previous whirlpool washer was great and I was bamboozled into getting a new one by the service rep who was suppose to come and check out old one with F70 alert. This new washer leaks and time settings are all messed up. It is two months old, explain that to me.

I’m happy with the washer. The only reason that I didn’t give a 5 star is because it takes to long to start washing. You have to stand there pressing the start button for about 5 minutes until it starts.
