This washer has great functions and is easy to use, the only thing I would say is that I wish it was larger however, not that big of a deal. It is quiet and cleans my clothes as directed, it is very easy to navigate.

I thought it will be a very good new washing machine I dreamed all my life about. Did like the simple, clean style and simplicity of features, liked the capacity is not too large. Wanted to love it for years. The machine worked well until I washed a couple of my dresses. Those were machine washable and I did wash them in my old top load whirlpool without concerns. Turned the garments inside out and used Cold, Delicate and Wrinkle control settings. Look what I have received back after the washing cycle... The garment lining is completely damaged with numerous pulls... I were in tears. It has been just a couple of weeks since I purchased the machine and the store will send the replacement. However, at this point I am concerned if I can trust the brand for a long term. With my hand I feel some of the opening inside the washing drum have rough edges, I assume it is the reason of the pulls during garment washing. it is not acceptable nor for a $900 appliance, nor for a Whirlpool as a reputable brand. Is it typical for Whirlpool and it is not designed to wash delicates or business clothes? Please let me know, I have to go with another brand then. LG has a very smooth drum surface for example.
