I bought my washer about 5 weeks ago. I like the features and the fact that it's so quiet. The only feature that I don't use is the Load & Go because I use fewer loads per week than would be necessary to use that feature.

Bought this and the dryer less than a month ago. The cost was more than I wanted to spend, but we needed a large capacity as I take care of my 89 year old mother in law and do numerous loads of laundry, including bedding daily. This has cut back on the amount of loads and time spent doing laundry. Since we've only had it a few short weeks I can I my say, so far so good. The washer is extremely quiet, but the dryer has a bit of a rattle. Ours are stacked.
