Delivery company did not plug in and test washer upon delivery. When we went to use for the first time nothing worked or lit up on the panel. There was power to the unit because the light came on inside the drum. After having maintenance done on the unit the mother board needed to be replaced. After having that replaced the washer still throws error codes. Repair company has need to the house more than 5 times in 3 months. Hate the unit and would never buy again!

Purchased few months ago and have been super impressed every time we do laundry. Efficient, quiet and looking forward to seeing the cost savings over time. Have done everything from small loads to big loads of towels and sheets. Really love the soap dispensing, fill it up and good for a doz loads. Screen prompts when you need to add more. Has light inside the drum which is nice when emptying the machine.
