I am so in love with this washer!!! I double sheet our beds and spent a ridiculous amount of time washing linens. We can wash a kind size comforter, duvet, sheets and a towel or two in a single load! Other things that are amazing: - I pour in an entire bottle of liquid detergent and never have to worry about under or over dosing - our laundry is much dryer when it is finished, meaning less time in the dryer - it appears to weigh the load because it automatically adjusts washing time based on the load size - it has all the options I could want, but I don’t feel overwhelmed - it is BEAUTIFUL! My only regret. I wish I had opted for the Smart Washer (same model, but accessible through an app). Our laundry area is in the basement and clothes are on the third floor. It has this amazing refresh cycle if you’ve left clothes in for a bit too long. Refreshing on my app would make this the perfect experience - but I didn’t consider that when choosing between models. Regardless, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of this model. It does everything I want it to AND MORE!!!

I purchased 2 sets. I have always had Duets which Whirlpool discontinued so these machines were close to what I had. I do like the Duet features better and their look. It took awhile to get use to the hold 1-2-3 option for some of the features. One washer was very noisy and since I had another to compare with I had a stand! Anyway they replaced the “pump” which was not broken but it made the world of difference! All and all, I love Whirlpool. The washer and dryer are very good, once you get used to them! I did like the load and go feature up at the top however. That was more convenient then bending over! Also the load and go container? It is hard to see when you have reached the top as it has a grid on the top of it. After all is said and done...we are remodel a second residence and yes I will purchase these units again! The stars I gave were mostly 4’s...because nothing is perfect!

Bought last 2 weeks. It is a good washer just a bit disappointed on the trim and fit quality. I think whirlpool try to cut cost. It makes Sansung or LG look much better from the glances
