We had purchased a new M*****. It was horrible! It was so loud. It sounded like it was breaking something metal every time it changed cycles. If I wanted to do a heavy duty cycle it only filled up 1/4 the washer with water. It locked and took 1 hour and 35 minutes to complete. The clothes were not clean and smelled even after they were dried. This Speed Queen is what a washer should be! The heavy duty cycle only takes 35 minutes total. It’s quiet and my clothes are clean and smell clean even after drying. Will never use any other brand but Speed Queen. It is with every penny.
