I bought this pair during Thanksgiving and so far, no complaints on it's effectiveness. I'm 5'1" and sometimes unloading is a little struggle though.

the washer does a good job however it tends to take a long time in cycles at times. also, the bearings went out after 5 months and had to have it replaced. it became very loud during spins cycles. there also needs to be a stting to allow you to turn off the annoying music it plays at the end of the cycle. this model doesnt seem to have an off switch.
