I’ve had my washer for about 3 months now and I absolutely love it and I even have the matching dryer. The only downside that I have is I can’t use deep fill feature on a normal wash and I have to choose another option which takes longer for a wash. Overall I would recommend this washer to anyone

A great washer! Only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because the pump went out the first week after we bought the washer. However the warranty covered it and replaced the pump. It took a few days to get it fixed and that was inconvenient. But since it was fixed it's worked great!

Love it when it’s working. But the problem is they don’t last long. I’ve had two in the last year. Both had the same power problem. Don’t have a working one now. Samsung has yet to replace this one. Won’t be getting another.
