We ordered the washer from Samsung. Despite knowing that our condo had limited hours, they tried to deliver after hours and was rejected. We set up another date and again they wanted to deliver outside the permitted delivery time. We finally bought it from Home Depot and rejected Samsung’s 3rd delivery. (We we’re not allowed to cancel our order.) The washer has performed very well. The whites are coming out whiter than with our previous washer and the capacity will handle everything we need. The basin is deep so if your arms are not long, you will need tongs (which my wife uses) or have somebody else take the laundry out.

This Samsung extra larger washer is everything I could've ever dreamed of! How amazing is that you can put like two load of laundry in here all at once, instead of doing two different loads?? I love the auto dispense compartments for the fabric softener and laundry detergent! It has saved my family a lot of money and over use of detergent and softener! Just make sure to keep an eye on it cause it will eventually get low. The settings that are available are great! I love how you can wash a not so dirty item really quick in about 32 minutes! Saves a lot on energy. Not sure how the washer can determine how much laundry you have because it fills the water up to I suppose what it weighs. Kinda cool! I hope this lasts for years because it's definitely useful, especially for large bedding. No more nasty public laundromats!

This washer is pretty awesome! To start off, I decided on the black version and it looks great. My favorite part about the washer is the app connectivity. Knowing when a load is going to be done is helpful in not forgetting to grab the laundry. Also, you can receive tips on how to best wash your clothes. There's a reservoir that has fabric softener and detergent. You can simply fill them and the washer will let you know when it needs to be refilled. It also selects the best amount of cleaner to use for your laundry which is great! While washing loads, there haven't been any major rumblings from the washer either and that's another thing I love about it. Overall, it's a wonderful washer and I'm very impressed.
