I bought this a month ago and its everything I expected. Washes well programmable quiet and I love being able to set the start time as our electric rate is highest between 4-9pm. I recommend.

The washer does not meet my expectations. It does not fill will sufficent water. Therefore the clothes come out stained. The company continues to send different recommendations but none function. I want a technician to come check the washer. This has not been an option.

We have had the new washer for a few months now and it is great. I had a large group of people visiting at the end of May so we had more than normal amount of laundry and the washer handled it great. I like the way it washes and spins the closes. I have washed a few big blankets as well and that did great too.

Honestly I am unhappy with some of the features. When I use a normal wash cycle I cannot get a low temp cycle and it doesnt seem to fill with enough water in a wash cycle. It doesnt have a cycle for extra water kin the wash.
