I am loving the 4.9 tub. I don't like that new washers give you half the amount of water, but this one has a great deep fill option. It can add an extra 3 gallons or fully fill the tub. I do wish it was quieter but its not like its super loud. I also wish the normal cycle had the option to use the deep fill. Its available for all other cycles why not that one too. I have had an old style washer for many years so this new ge is a learning experience.

So far so good with this GE washer. It was easy to install and has a lot of great features. It is super stable compared to the Maytag I just returned. I would give it 5 stars but it is a little on the noisy side outside of my master bedroom.

Despite the washing machine being louder than the previous washer we had, it still cleans our clothes well. I love that it has the quick wash cycle so you can wash something in under 20 minutes. It’s nice to see the clothes through the door. The door doesn’t slam shut if you ever accidentally bump it, it slowly closes. I hope it’s a long lasting product. I plan to buy a dryer that either matches the washer or that looks similar.
