The machine works fine and gets clothes clean, but the tub is too deep for short people. I use a “grabber claw” to get items out of the bottom of the tub.

got an error code after only 1 week. did several loads of laundry during that week including 2 that morning. the awful "chat" guy decided to blame it all on me and told me we would have to pay for the repair. returned it because 1. shouldn't break after 1 week and 2. the repairman said that they get a lot of calls for this brand. it's a shame because i love my samsung phone.

seems to be a very good machine. i’m sure it will not last like the 30 year old washer it replaced. i like that it determines the amount of water to use and that it doesn't have an agitator taking up room inside. the installers left much to be desired. they did not use the drain hose guide, nor did they suggest removing the drain pan underneath so the washer could have more room behind the machine. the hoses are coiled up behind the machine, which i don't think is correct, and they simply zip-tied the drain hose to the water hose. they also messed up one of the doors of the closet the machine is installed in and now the doors will not close. they seemed more interested in getting done instead of spending time to make sure my washer was installed properly.

i bought this washing on 8/27/21 and i must say i love it; it is easy to use and love that it is quiet and love the sound it makes when finished. i love all the features. so far - i don't any issues since i have only had for 5 days so far. my only issue right now was trying to register the product - but i just called them and they register the product for me. no pictures or videos at this time - i am in love with this washing machine. my whirlpool lasted me 23 years and i hope this samsung can and will last me about this same time. being a single retired army vet - i cannot be buying washing machine every 6 years. so i am praying that it will last at least 20 years!!!. thanks for allowing me to post my review.
