I am so happy with my LG washer It goes through the cycles seamlessly. It runs very quiet and the little tune it plays when it is done is an awesome reminder to move the load to the dryer. The size is perfect for our family of four and also can wash some heavy blankets and comforters with no problem.

I bought this washer last month because my old washer finally broke down after 13 years. I am very pleased with my purchase. I love the way the machine alerts me with the chimes about the different cycles it goes through. I sincerely hope it lasts as long as my other machine did.

Bought our new LG washer from our local Lowes a week ago and just used it for the first time. We love how quiet it is and how much cleaner the towels came out. I was nervous about how little water was in the washer compared to our old one but after watching it work I realized it was pretty amazing how good of a job it did. Not only will we be saving on water but also on detergent as it doesnt need much to do a great job. Its a little confusing to get the right settings for the loads but Im sure that will come with practice. Anything the manual doesnt cover I can find online in a jiffy. So far Im really liking this new toy of mine. Best part is I no longer have to babysit the washing machine like I did with the old one that was always out of balance and had to be readjusted and took so much longer to run wash loads. Doing laundry is no longer a chore. Only slight complaint I have is all of these new washers are too deep for we people of shorter stature. Although this one is better than my old washer I still have to really stretch to get that last sock or wash towel laying in the bottom of the laundry tub. Guess thats the trade-off for having clean clothes.

It could never finish a washing cycle. I could only get it to agitate twice using the Deep Fill option but it still could not transition from wash to rinse. Then they wanted me to actually wait 5 weeks for it to be replaced. I told a CSR I wanted to initiate arbitration who then escalated the matter--so it will ultimately only be two weeks I waited. Chimes are terribly annoying. Smart Diagnosis/ThinQ is utterly useless. Do not buy this model.
