We purchased this washer about two months ago and have washed everything from a king coverlet to bath towels delicates jeans and shirts. I am picky when it comes to washing clothes I literally separate everything down to the socks. The capacity is huge although I never fill the tub full. When I washed the king coverlet which was a bit heavy and somewhat quilted I did get a UB code for it being unbalanced but I just moved it around a bit to distribute the weight and resumed the cycle and it was fine. The only thing that I would take 1/2 star off for is sometimes the liquid detergent spout has water in it after a load - only sometimes so I have to take that container out and dump the water into the washer. No big deal not sure why it does it but it does not affect the function of the machine at all. We looked for a machine without a lot of bells and whistles as we really only use maybe three settings total so this one fit the bill. No agitator which I like. We had a front loader previously and Im glad we switched Oh by the way its quiet too

We had an older model LG washer that worked great lasted through a couple of moves. Unfortunately the motor and the pump went out. In looking at the age and cost to repair we figured wed buy a newer one. Very happy with this washer so far. It is quieter than the last one and the app controlled fault troubleshooting is a nice feature.

Very happy with my new washer. Has a large tub which is needed for my family. Cleans the clothing very well even in cold water. Would recommend to friends and family.
