We have had this washer for several months and it has never worked. A repairman has been twice with no success. The repairman was very nice but we are still having the same issues. It is a good thing we held on to our old washer. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

The description doesnt really explain the capacity. I swear it could swallow me up. Its huge and easily manages large size heavy comforters. Cleans like champ and quiet.

My previous washer burned out I in just under 5 years. The LG top loader I bought is like a Rolls Royce compared to the previous washer of another brand. I am so pleased with the options and features. I absolutely love the charcoal metal flake finish.
