I've had this refrigerator for about a month now and it is outstanding. Temperatures seem very consistent and my cold cuts stay nice and fresh. It is extremely quiet and I rarely ever hear it running. The lights inside are nice and bright. The fridge interior is smaller than my previous fridge while the freezer in this Kitchenaid is larger; I'm happy with that. The seal is nice and tight. So tight that you have to make sure you close the butter door so your butter tray doesn't fly out! There's absolutely nothing I dislike about this refrigerator. I would make the same choice again and I highly recommend this fridge. I had been hoping to spend a little less money, but I am not at all disappointed in my purchase. You get what you pay for.

This refrigerator was delivered in mid-April and I had service for the fourth time today. Every issue has to do with the bottom freezer which ices up. First two technicians said the seal was bad. The third tech said the brackets and glides were bad. He installed new ones today. Also, I've had to change the factory settings in the refrigerator because the food doesn't stay cold.

Makes a clunking noise that is very worrisome. Not as much storage as freezer is too large. Was unable to look at unit prior to purchase as Home Depot did not have floor model.
