We bought this refrigerator for our new home and have been using it for almost 2 months now. Everything works fine and the unit has a nice sleek look. However, we were dissapointed to find out there is no ice machine within the freezer and find the freezer to be small.

The Refrigerator that we purchased at the store looked like the one shown on the left. The one that we received has two ugly screws on the right side of the door because it was pre-drilled for the handle on either side. Still waiting for a replacement door.

I have had the handle serviced twice and the screws loosen within a month. The freezer pull handle will not stay tightened. The drawers fall out easily. So sorry we purchased this model and brand. My old Whirlpool is going strong from 1995 in the garage! with tight handles! Kitchenaide, please fix this issue!!! Paying $100 for a service call is ridiculous when it doesn’t stay fixed.
