This is great product. It works properly like it specifies. I really like the heavy duty trays that slide for optimal storage and access to the entire freezer. This is also an Energy Star appliance so yearly energy costs are minimal. I previously purchased a Criterion chest freezer from Menards because it was on sale and in stock but it lasted 3 months and quit working. I decided to go with a reputable brand name appliance this time and will never buy an appliance from Menards again.

Slight Amount of Frost on Rear Seal

The freezer works, well, is quiet, and holds an amount of food that I expected. The slight ding of my review is the frost deposits on the center of the rear seal

Lid won't stay open

After a few months the lid won't stay up. Hinges are non adjustable and require replacement but that doesn't seem to help for long.
