1) screw in handle broken on deliver, and 2) delivery guys were sloppy. But, the freezer is AWESOME.

We had an ancient chest freezer. We chose this freezer as a replacement. Delivery was quicker than I expected. Set up was easy. The baskets are a nice addition although you can get more in the freezer without them.
