I have a Zero Water pitcher for filtered water. It comes with a tester to see how clean the water is. I tested tap water and water filtered from BRAND NEW refrigerator and it shows EXACT same amount of particulates in the water. Faulty filter? Maybe. Will order another one and update this review if it's better.

I recently ordered new filters for my new frig, as I received a notice stating it was time. That's great, so I order the filter and the big was wrong. I can not seem to contact anyone about returning one of the filters and reordering the correct one. this is not good business, as I have tried 4 x's SUGGESTION!!!!!
